With over 15 years of experience as a Secondary School Teacher, I bring a unique perspective to designing and delivering workshops. Our sessions are engaging, interactive, inventive, and flexible, with course material and coaching tailored to each individual and organisation.

I founded With Confidence to respond to a growing need: many students and professionals leave school or training lacking oral literacy and presentation skills — and for many, public speaking is their greatest fear. My workshops, seminars, and coaching focus on interviewing, presenting, and public speaking, helping anyone in any front-facing situation enhance these essential life skills.

I am a New Zealand registered Secondary School Teacher with a Bachelor of Arts (English & Drama), a Licentiate of Speech & Drama Teaching (Speech New Zealand), and eight years of experience as a Trustee on the Board for Speech New Zealand. I have taught English, drama, public speaking, and debating to students and professionals both in New Zealand and internationally.
